We will continue to accept show entries until the end of the summer term. After this, we will only be able to accept entries which fit into our running order and for who costumes are available.

This year’s show will be held as usual at the Beck Theatre, Hayes (www.becktheatre.org.uk).
We hold matinee shows for younger pupils and evening shows for older pupils and adults. Dates are as follows:

Matinee

Rehearsal Sun 19th October (10am), Performances Sat 25th & Sun 26th (1pm).

Costumes

Please make sure that all payments have been made in full by the end of the summer term. It is unlikely that we will be able to order in any further costumes after the summer holidays.

Tickets

Tickets will be available from the Beck Theatre Box Office (020 8561 8371) from July. Please buy early to avoid disappointment and remember that tickets are non-refundable so please check carefully whether your child is in the evening or the matinee shows. In July there will be a list of which classes are performing in which half of the show so that you can buy a half price cast seat for your child to watch the half they are not in with you.

Help needed…

Would you like to get involved in the backstage excitement? There are two ways you can get involved, depending on how much time you are able to spare:
Dressing Room Supervisors
We are looking to appoint one or two supervisors to each dressing room. If you would like to do this you will need to be able to attend all rehearsals and performances for either the matinee or evening show. Alternatively supervisors could work in pairs and each take a day off to watch the show. We hope that allocating one or two people to each dressing room for the duration of the show will provide continuity for the children and ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. General Dressing Room Helpers
There will be a sign-up sheet in the shop in September for parents to volunteer to help on as many or as few days as they can spare. We really couldn’t manage without parents helping out in this way and we really are very grateful to you!
