Dance Spectacular 2010
Dear Pupils and Parents, SPRING TERM 2010
Congratulations to everyone who performed in last year’s show and a huge thank you to everyone who helped behind the scenes to make it such a success! We are just beginning to plan for this year’s show which promises to be a lot of fun, and this letter will explain what you need to do in order to take part.
The show will take place as usual at the Beck Theatre, Hayes. For those new to the school this year, we hold matinee shows for younger pupils and evening shows for older pupils. Each class will perform a number which they work on in lesson time, and the show is a great opportunity for friends and family to see what we get up to.

We do our best to keep costs to a minimum so that as many pupils as possible can take part. Costs involved are:
Production Fee: £11 (one-off) – This covers administration costs, hire of theatre for rehearsals, hire of equipment, payment for staff to be present at the theatre, etc.
Costumes: £25 each – Each class has a different costume so the amount you pay depends on the number of classes your child does. We ask for payment in advance due to the large quantity of costumes we are ordering, and we anticipate most costumes costing £25 but will refund the difference if any costumes cost less.
Tickets: £15.00 each – These will be available from the Beck box office from July.
Cast seats: £7.50 each – If your child is in one half of the show only you may choose to purchase a cast seat for them to watch the other half with you. Details of which classes are in which half will be given at the time tickets go on sale.
REGISTRATION
This year show registration will be done online. We hope that this will make it easier for everyone to keep track of what has been paid. We will be taking production fee payments through PayPal in order to ensure that payments are completely secure. Please go to www.suzannes-dance.co.uk/show to register and pay the £11 production fee by Friday 26th March. Costume payments can be made later in the year.
Please note the website is our preferred method of registration and payment. However, forms will be available in the shop for anyone who does not wish to pay online – please ask shop staff.
